Get a look into my last miler workout before the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. My first round race is July 31st, and the days, runs, and workouts are coming to the end. This workout was really focused on the second half of each rep, negative splitting each one.
Workout:
3x1000m
500, 400, 300 x 2

Also shout-out Tino for the pacing! He was tasked with for a 250, and hit ! I gave him a signed bib from Gateshead as a thank you for the help, and wish him and the all the Medina High School distance guys and gals best of luck this upcoming fall!
